Installing Xtreme Courses

Download the Plugin

Log in to your XtremePlugins dashboard and locate Xtreme Courses under My Licenses. Click the download button to grab the latest .zip file.

Upload to WordPress

1. Open your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Click Choose File, select the xtreme-courses.zip file you just downloaded, and hit Install Now.
3. Once the extraction finishes, click Activate Plugin.

Initial Setup Wizard

After activation, Xtreme Courses launches a guided setup wizard that walks you through the essentials:

• Course page — Choose or create the page where your course catalog will live.
• Enrollment mode — Select free enrollment, WooCommerce-powered paid enrollment, or manual approval.
• Certificate defaults — Toggle completion certificates on or off globally (you can override per course later).
• User roles — The wizard creates an Instructor role automatically. Decide whether instructors can publish courses directly or require admin review.

Click Finish Setup when you are done. You can revisit every setting later under Xtreme Courses > Settings.

Verify Installation

Navigate to Xtreme Courses > All Courses. You should see an empty course list with an Add New button. If the menu item does not appear, deactivate and reactivate the plugin, then flush your permalinks under Settings > Permalinks by simply clicking Save Changes.
