Refund Policy

Overview

We stand behind every product we build. That said, we understand that a plugin may not work out for every situation. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what falls outside the refund window.

We want you to feel confident purchasing from us. If our product does not deliver what we promised, we will make it right.

Premium Subscriptions — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All premium subscription purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the original charge. If you are not satisfied with the product within this window, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

  • Within 14 days — Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase or renewal date.
  • Contacted support first — You have opened a ticket with our support team and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. This includes providing access credentials (WordPress admin or FTP) if requested by our team.
  • Product-related issue — The problem originates from our plugin itself — not from a conflict with a third-party theme, plugin, custom code, or server misconfiguration.

What Is Not Refundable

  • After 14 days — No refunds will be granted after the 14-day window has closed, regardless of the reason.
  • Subscription renewals — If you forgot to cancel before your subscription renewed, you may request a refund within 14 days of that renewal charge. Beyond that, the charge is final. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard to prevent future renewals.
  • Bundle purchases — Plugin bundles are sold at a significant discount and are non-refundable. Individual plugins within a bundle are not eligible for partial refunds.
  • Third-party conflicts — Issues caused by incompatible themes, other plugins, custom code, or hosting environments outside our control do not qualify.
  • Terms violations — Accounts terminated for violating our terms of service are not entitled to any refund.

Free Plugin Donations

Donations made to support developers of our free plugins (via the “Buy a Coffee” feature) are voluntary and non-refundable. These are one-time or recurring gifts to individual developers, not purchases of goods or services.

If you set up a monthly donation and wish to stop it, you can cancel the recurring payment at any time through your Stripe account or by contacting support. Future charges will stop immediately, but previous donations will not be refunded.

Annual Plans & Prorated Credits

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day refund window, we will issue a prorated credit for the unused whole months remaining on your plan. This credit is applied to your XtremePlugins account and can be used toward future purchases — it is not convertible to cash or bank transfer.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open a ticket at our support center with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your order number, the email address associated with your account, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. The “effective” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
