Installing Xtreme Forms

Download the Plugin

Log in to your XtremePlugins dashboard and find Xtreme Forms under My Licenses. Download the latest .zip file.

Upload to WordPress

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  2. Select the xtreme-forms.zip file and click Install Now.
  3. After installation completes, click Activate Plugin.

What Happens on Activation

Xtreme Forms creates the following automatically:

  • A new Xtreme Forms menu item in the WordPress admin sidebar.
  • A database table for storing form submissions (entries).
  • A default "Contact Form" template you can use immediately or customize.

Quick Verification

Go to Xtreme Forms > All Forms. You should see the default Contact Form listed. Click Preview to see it rendered on the front end. If the form displays correctly with Name, Email, and Message fields, the installation is complete.

System Requirements

  • WordPress 6.0 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher (8.1+ recommended)
  • MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
