UPS Tracking API
Enter your UPS Client ID and Secret in Settings → Carriers. The plugin polls UPS once per day for each "awaiting delivery" order and triggers the email only after UPS confirms delivery. Sandbox / test mode supported.
FedEx Track API
Native FedEx integration with Client ID + Secret authentication. Production and sandbox endpoints. "Test connection" button right in the settings panel so you know your credentials work before going live.
USPS & DHL
USPS Tracking API (Client ID + Secret) and DHL Shipment Tracking API (API key) ship as native integrations alongside UPS and FedEx. Mix and match — only enable the carriers your store actually uses.
Multi-Package Handling
Choose whether to send when ALL packages are delivered (recommended for split shipments) or when ANY package is delivered (good for store credit / digital goods that ship in parallel). Configurable per-store.
"Awaiting Delivery" Status
Orders sit in a dedicated "Awaiting delivery" state from the moment tracking is added until the carrier confirms delivery. A KPI tile on the dashboard and a filter chip on the Review Log let you see at a glance how many are in flight.
Configurable Delivery Buffer
Set "Hours after delivery to send email" (default 24h) — gives customers a chance to unbox before being asked for a review. Combined with "Max polling days" (default 60) the plugin stops chasing orders that never deliver.
Fallback — Send Anyway After N Days
If the carrier API can't confirm delivery within N days (default 5) — credentials missing, carrier API down, tracking number's carrier not detectable — the review email is sent anyway. Set to 0 to disable and keep strict-delivery behavior.
